If there is a problem with your order, please email us @ emeraldruby7174@uniquewindchimestore.com with your order #, customer name and what you would like us to do. If the order is lost, we will supply you with any available tracking information and what can be done. If it is broken, notify us immediately. Depending on the item, you may or may not have to return the item. Either way the item will be replaced! If you don’t like the quality, return the item(s) within 30 days and we will issue a credit, exchange or refund on the item(s), which ever you prefer. Sorry we do not give refunds for shipping & handling charges.
