Most of our manufacturers ship by UPS with a few using USPS.

Our UPS shipping is based on weight and destination. There are a few select wind chimes that go through USPS only. 

Where do you currently ship too?

At the moment, due to import and trade complications we currently only ship to the 48 Contiguous States, Alaska, and Hawaii.

How long will it take to receive my order? 

The standard delivery time for orders shipped via standard UPS ground is 5 - 10 business days depending upon destination, but can take up to 2 - 3 weeks if there is a problem with the order or the wind chime needs to be manufactured. In this case, you will be emailed to be informed of the current problem. After several email attempts and no response, we will contact you if a phone number is given. There is also a possibility of the ordered item being back ordered. If this is the case, it could even take longer to ship out the order. If this happens, the customer will be contacted the day after the order was placed to be informed of this. You will also be offered a refund if you don't wish to wait.

Can I have an order shipped to my P.O. Box?

Typically the vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via UPS, and a valid street address is needed to ensure proper delivery. We also cannot deliver to A.P.O., F.P.O. or foreign addresses.

Can I ship my order to a different address?

Yes! When you place your order and come to the Check Out screen, just make sure you fill out the shipping address section with the address of where you want your unique wind chimes sent to and your information in the billing address section. Remember to use a street address, not a Post Office Box, for any shipping address when possible.

TAX?

We are required by California State Tax Law to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in California. All California residence will be subject to 7.50% sales tax. No tax will be charged on orders shipped to addresses in other states.
